The world is going through the worst financial crisis in a century. I believe deeply that we cannot solve the challenges we face unless we solve them together.

We can’t get there without sacrifices and hard work. Each one of us needs to pitch in and work harder and look after not only ourselves, but each other. In this company, we rise or fall as one team. The true power of Arcgate will not come from how quickly we can keep growing, or how big we can become in two or five years but from our ideas and beliefs - respect for each other, team work, strong character and professionalism. We will succeed as a team or crumble.
